1. Service Description :

WhatsValley is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform operated by Network Valley that allows businesses to connect to the WhatsApp Business API, send and receive messages, automate conversations, and manage customer communication.

WhatsValley acts as a technology provider and messaging platform.


2. Account Registration :

To use the platform, users must:

  1. Provide accurate information
  2. Connect a valid WhatsApp Business Account
  3. Comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies
  4. Maintain the security of their account
  5. Be responsible for all activity under their account

3. Acceptable Use Policy :

Users agree not to use the platform for:

  1. Spam or unsolicited messaging
  2. Fraud or scams
  3. Illegal products or services
  4. Harassment or abusive communication
  5. Sending messages without user consent
  6. Violating WhatsApp Business Policy or Commerce Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.


4. WhatsApp and Third-Party Services :

WhatsValley relies on third-party services including Meta / WhatsApp.

We are not responsible for:

  1. WhatsApp service outages
  2. Message delivery delays or failures
  3. WhatsApp account bans or restrictions
  4. Changes in WhatsApp pricing or policies

Users must comply with WhatsApp terms and policies.


5. Payments and Subscriptions :

If the platform is offered as a paid subscription:

  1. Fees are billed monthly or annually
  2. Services may be suspended for non-payment
  3. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

Pricing may change with notice


6. Limitation of Liability :

Network Valley and WhatsValley shall not be liable for:

  1. Loss of profits or revenue
  2. Loss of data
  3. Business interruption
  4. WhatsApp account restrictions
  5. Indirect or consequential damages

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted service.


7. Termination :

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  1. Terms are violated
  2. WhatsApp policies are violated
  3. Illegal activity is detected
  4. Payment is not completed

Users may stop using the service at any time.


8. Governing Law :

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
